1. Parents should see that their wards should not, take leave from school, except under unavoidable circumstances.
2. Leave or absence will be granted only after receiving prior written application from the parent/guardian except in unforeseen circumstances.
3. Leave is not granted except on written application from parents. In case of absence due to sickness or other emergencies a leave letter must be sent to the school on the first day of absence.
4. Absence on the reopening day is not allowed. Absence on the reopening day may lead to the removal of the pupil’s name from the roll. Readmission may be considered by the principal on merit in each case.
5. Pupil will not be allowed to leave the School during School hours.
6. Half-a-day's leave or permission to go home during School hours will not be granted except in case of an emergency at the discretion of the Principal. A written request from the parent is necessary in such cases.
7. Students abstaining from school for more than three days continuously have to submit an explanatory letter to the Principal written by the Parents/Guardian.
8. The School timing will be from 8.15 a.m. to 2.40 p.m.
9. Leave on medical ground should be supported by a proper medical certificate.
10. A minimum of 90% attendance is a requirement for promotion to the next higher class.
11. Irregular attendance and prolonged absence will lead to the removal of names from the roll.
12. Pupils suffering from infectious disease will not be permitted to attend School.

1. Students must come to school on time.
2. The school gate will be closed before the assembly.
3. The students arriving late will not be allowed to attend school.

The development of character in education can only be obtained through discipline.
1. Every pupil is expected to be polite and courteous. Misconduct and use of abusive language may result in the expulsion of the student.
2. Insubordination to school authorities, teachers and any objectionable habits are sufficient reasons for punishment and dismissal from the School.
3. The self-imposed discipline in punctuality, neatness in dress, behavior, respect, consideration for others and co-operative spirit are required from each student.
4. Repeated misbehavior of a student causing harm to himself and others will not be tolerated.
5. Pupils are responsible to the school authorities for his / her conduct both inside and outside (in school uniform) the school premises.
6. All students must compulsorily converse in English.

It is the duty of the parents to ensure that their wards come to school neatly dressed. The school uniform should be strictly in accordance with the pattern prescribed by the school.
1. Each pupil is expected to possess at least three sets of regular uniform.
2. It is compulsory for the pupils to wear a clean uniform always. Habitual defaulters will be punished.

1. A student must secure an average of 40% in each subject in the various examinations conducted through out the year and 40% in every subject in the Annual examination to ensure promotion.
2. The school will not hold any special test or examination of Practical for the absentees. They have to forego their ranks and average.
3. Results declared at the end of the year are final in all respects and will not be reconsidered under any circumstances.
4. A student who fails twice in the same class will not be allowed to continue his/her studies in the school. A student will not be permitted to continue in this school, if repeatedly detained (in each class) every alternate year.

1. Application for transfer certificate should be given in written by Parent/Guardian. Transfer certificate will not be issued unless all outstanding dues to the school are settled.
2. Transfer certificates will be given only to the Parent/Guardian.
3. In cases where the parent gets transferred, issue of T.C. will be favourable considered provided a copy of the transfer order is submitted.
4. Application for TC must be submitted before the closing of the school for summer holidays "The authorities may frame and issue from time to time disciplinary rules of permanent and temporary character, regulating the conduct of the student within the campus and outside as far as such rules seem necessary to maintain the usefulness and reputation of the institution. All the students should abide by these rules."

1. Pupils are responsible for the safety of their own belongings. The school cannot assume any responsibility, if they lose their belongings.
2. Writing or scribbling on the walls or furniture and damage to any school property are forbidden. The class will be penalized collectively, if the culprits are not found out.
3. Pupils are expected to take part in all the Co-curricular activities of the school. No one will be exempted except for legitimate reasons which have been approved by the principal.
4. Students are permitted to speak only in English within the school campus. If they are found speaking any other languages, strict action will be taken against them.
5. Playing or running is not permitted in the class rooms and corridors.
6. Students should not indulge in any of the following:
i) Littering the class rooms and school campus
ii) Loitering around the campus.
iii) Using foul or unparliamentary Language.
7. Children are not allowed to bring and use mobile phone in the campus.
8. Children are not allowed to bring any electronic items, like pen drive, CD, etc., to the school.
9. Students are not allowed to wear gold ornaments. Tattooing is strictly prohibited.
10. Students are not permitted to bring their personal magazines or story books to school.
11. Students are not permitted to drive any motorized vehicles to school.
12. Hairstyle should be according to the norms of the school.
13. Alteration in stitching uniforms will not be allowed.
14. Bringing/using of chewing gums, pan parag, alcohol, tobacco item, drugs, soft drinks and eatables etc., to the school will be penalized.
15. Boys must trim their hair regularly. Clean shave has to be maintained.

Notes to Parents

1. Change of address of the pupil if any, should be intimated to the school office immediately.
2. Parents are requested to make all remittances directly at the office counter. The school cannot assume any responsibility for the loss of cash, if handed over to any employee.
3. Parents are requested to respond to the invitation from the school for all public functions.
4. Parents can meet the Principal during working days between 10.00 a.m-12.00 noon & 2.40 p.m-3.30 p.m
5. Parents can meet the teachers after 2:40 p.m. on Wednesday.
6. Parents should not disturb the school atmosphere during the working hours.
7. Parents are requested to attend the campus day and sign the progress reports.
8. Parents are expected to show due respect to the school authorities and teachers.
9. If parents have any complaint about the services rendered, please inform the Principal in person or in written.
10. Inquiries of all kind may be made at the school office.
11. Parent and visitors are not allowed to meet the teachers or students during working hours of the school without the prior permission of the principal.
