• Fill out only one form per applicant.
• This application is for the academic year 2024-2025.
• The date of birth constraint is for LKG children born between 31-07-2019 and 30-06-2020.
• Application should be filled in capital letters only.
• To fill out the registration form, kindly use Internet Explorer (11+), Mozilla (42+), or Google Chrome (40+).
• Make sure to turn off the pop-up blocker in your browser.

HOW TO FILL:

• Use the tab key or mouse control to fill out the form. Do not press the Enter key.
• Ensure that each entry is filled accurately.
• Please upload any documents in PDF/JPG/JPEG format only.
• The size of the attachment should be below 500kb.
• After successful registration, an acknowledgement message will be sent to your mobile.
• You will also receive pre-filled registration forms in the email provided by you.
